The success fee is 3% of the candidate's annual base salary. It does not include bonuses, equity, commissions, or other variable compensation.

If the candidate is already in your ATS before Noxx introduces them, we will not treat them as a Noxx-sourced candidate. We can review duplicates together to keep attribution fair.
